Colette Madden is the Marketing Manager at Trafalgar

My role involves helping to develop campaigns for our diverse slate of cinema events, working alongside our clients, sub-distributors and exhibitors to maximise all marketing and publicity opportunities worldwide.

Colette's story

I’ve always had a love for film, music, and TV. Growing up, I spent a lot of time going to concerts and the cinema, and I even started scrapbooking all my tickets – a habit I’ve kept to this day. After studying film and writing at university in Scotland, I moved south to complete a two-year master’s degree at the National Film and Television School. While there, I had the opportunity to take part in various internships at distribution companies, where I discovered a passion for marketing.

In 2021, I joined Signature Entertainment. Over the four years I spent there, I grew within the team, learning all things marketing and working on some incredible campaigns, including Viggo Mortensen’s The Dead Don’t Hurt and the family animation 200% Wolf. In 2025, I became the Marketing Manager at Trafalgar Releasing. My role allows me to bring together my love for both film and music, and with so many exciting projects always around the corner, it’s an inspiring place to be!

When I’m not working, I enjoy travelling to new places each year and visiting family and friends back in Scotland. I also love reading, listening to podcasts and music, and getting outdoors for camping and hiking whenever I can.
